Advisory services are provided to corporations to sell part of its equity stake to a PE investor and to help buy side funds to identify, evaluate and tap investment and exit opportunities. 

The team is currently a member of the Africa Private Equity and Venture Capital Association ‘AVCA’ and has full access to nearly all members.
